Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked. • No-Call No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. • This policy allows me to respect my time as well as accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Thank you for your understanding and support! RESCHEDULING POLICY: 🌺 If a client reschedules more than 3 times, a deposit will be required for all future appointments. 🌺How it works: 1. First 3 Reschedules: Completely allowed — life happens! 2. On the 4th Reschedule: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the service total will be required to secure the appointment. 3. Future Bookings: Once the deposit requirement begins, all future appointments will require a deposit at the time of booking. 4. Deposits: Deposits go toward the appointment total but will be forfeited if the client cancels or reschedules outside of the standard policy. 🌺Why this policy exists: To respect everyone’s time — frequent rescheduling affects other clients trying to book and disrupts the flow of the day. This keeps things fair and ensures I can offer the most reliable availability. Note: Only appointments rescheduled from the time of this update posted count toward this policy.
